Pvc foam board is also called Chevron board and Andy board.

It has the following characteristics:

1. Strong corrosion resistance: it is more suitable for the production of anti-corrosion equipment in the chemical industry;

Pvc foam board has high hardness and mechanical properties. And it increases with the increase of molecular weight but decreases with the increase of temperature. Rigid PVC has good mechanical properties, and its elastic modulus can reach 1500-3000MPA (mercaptopropionic acid). The elasticity of soft PVC is 1. 5-15MPA. But the elongation at break is as high as 200%-450%. The thermal stability of the PVC foam board is very poor, it begins to decompose at 140°C, and the melting temperature is 160°C. PVC has a small coefficient of linear expansion, is flame retardant, and has an oxidation index as high as 45 or more.

Uses of different PVC foam boards

Pvc foam board is a board made of PVC as a raw material with a honeycomb mesh structure in sections, and it is a vacuum blister film. It is used for the surface packaging of various panels, so it is also called trim board and adhesive film and is used in many industries such as building materials, packaging, and medicine.
